• Relationship advice and guidance

Our services are designed to help clients improve their dating skills, build confidence, and develop meaningful relationships through professional guidance and support.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Process

All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our official website or authorized booking platforms. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Coachpro.

4.2 Payment

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable VAT
• Prices are subject to change without notice

4.3 Late Payment

Overdue payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional charges. Coachpro reserves the right to pursue collection of outstanding amounts through appropriate legal channels.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Client Cancellations

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling available
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% charge applies
• No-show: Full session fee charged

5.2 Coachpro Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Coachpro needs to cancel a session, clients will receive full refund or alternative scheduling options with no additional charges.

5.3 Program Refunds

Multi-session programs may be eligible for partial refunds based on unused sessions, subject to a 14-day cooling-off period from the initial purchase date.

6. Client Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

As a client of Coachpro, you agree to:

• Arrive punctually for all scheduled sessions
• Provide honest and accurate information
• Respect the coach and other participants
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other clients
• Follow all reasonable instructions and guidelines
• Not engage in any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate behavior
• Not record sessions without explicit written consent

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

7.1 Client Confidentiality

Coachpro maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, personal details, and session content. We will not disclose any personal information without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

7.2 Data Protection

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018. Our detailed Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

7.3 Session Records

Coachpro's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9.2 Client Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coachpro from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, and intellectual property provided by Coachpro remain our exclusive property. Clients may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials
• Use our methods for commercial purposes without written permission
• Claim ownership of our intellectual property
• Reverse engineer our coaching methodologies

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by Client

Clients may terminate services at any time with written notice. Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy.

11.2 Termination by Coachpro

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Inappropriate or disruptive behavior
• Non-payment of fees
• Illegal activities
• Harassment of staff or other clients

12. Force Majeure

Coachpro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.
