3. Contract Formation and Acceptance

- The Client submits a booking request or inquiry
- Coachpro confirms acceptance of the booking
- Payment is received and processed
3.2 By engaging our services, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
3.3 Coachpro reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
4.1 All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
4.2 Payment terms:
- Individual sessions: Payment required in advance
- Package deals: 50% deposit required, balance due before commencement
- Monthly programs: Payment due monthly in advance
4.3 Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified.
4.4 Late payment may result in suspension of services and additional charges.
4.5 Prices may be subject to change with 30 days' written notice.
5. Booking and Scheduling
5.1 Appointments must be booked in advance through our designated booking system or by direct contact.
5.2 Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments at the agreed time and location.
5.3 Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
5.4 Failure to attend without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Client cancellation rights:
- Individual sessions: Cancellation with 24 hours' notice for full refund
- Packages: Partial refunds available for unused sessions (minus 20% administration fee)
- Programs: Refunds considered on case-by-case basis
6.2 Coachpro reserves the right to cancel services with reasonable notice and provide full refund.
6.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approved cancellation.
6.4 No refunds for services already delivered or no-shows without proper notice.
7. Client Obligations and Responsibilities
7.1 Clients must:

- Follow agreed guidelines and recommendations

7.2 Clients must not:

- Attempt to recruit the coach for competing services
